TCAP does not diagnose or treat sick or injured pets. This allows our organization to focus solely on preventing pet overpopulation through preventative care. 

We advise you to reach out to a local full-service veterinarian to address your pet’s sickness or injury. Once your pet is in good health, TCAP would be happy to provide your pet with essential wellness services at a low cost.
