All credit card, debit card and other monetary transactions on or through the Website occur through an online payment processing application(s) accessible through the Website. This online payment processing application(s) is provided by TCAP’s third-party vendor Network for Good and its online payment processing vendor, Plaid (“Plaid”). TCAP’s relationship with Network for Good and, by extension, with Plaid is merely contractual in nature, as Network for Good and Plaid are nothing more than a third-party vendor to us, and are in no way subject to our direction or control; thus, their relationship is not, and should not be construed as, one of fiduciaries, franchisors-franchisees, agents-principals, employers-employees, partners, joint venturers or the like..

We strive to use reasonable physical, technical and administrative measures to protect information under our control.
