Refund Policy for Prepaid Wellness Services

Thank you for choosing Texas Coalition for Animal Protection for your pet’s healthcare needs. We are committed to providing high-quality veterinary care and excellent customer service. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued for prepaid services.
1. Prepayment for Veterinary Care:
At TCAP, we offer the convenience of prepaying for your pet’s wellness care services before bringing your pet in for treatment. This prepayment helps streamline the check-in process and ensures that your pet receives the care it needs promptly.
2. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds for prepaid veterinary care services are subject to the following conditions:
a. Cancellation Prior to Appointment – Deposits: If you wish to cancel your pet’s appointment for sterilization or dental cleaning and were required to put a deposit to secure the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
b. Emergency Situations: In the case of a documented pet emergency that prevents you from utilizing the prepaid services, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You may be required to provide supporting documentation from the emergency.
c. Non-Utilization of Services: If you do not bring your pet in for the scheduled appointment, the prepaid amount/deposit will not be eligible for a refund. If you prepaid for wellness services such as vaccinations, sterilizations (in full), flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention, etc.. You may be eligible for a refund up to 90 days post-purchase if you were unable to bring your pet in to receive services. After the 90-day period, prepaid services are not eligible for refunds and are worth the value paid toward future TCAP services.
3. Refund Process:
Refunds may be requested by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Order/Invoice Number].” Include your name, contact information, order/invoice number, appointment date and time, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation if applicable.
4. Refund Processing:
a. Approved Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within [10] business days from the date of the refund request.
b. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
