It’s recommended adult dogs receive a rabies vaccine, distemper/parvo vaccine (DAPPv), & heartworm test annually. The Bordetella vaccine (kennel cough) is recommended every six months. Lastly, it’s recommended for adult dogs to be on heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention year round.
