TCAP offers low-cost spay and neuter surgeries, for cats and dogs, by appointment at one of our eight convenient locations across North Texas. When visiting TCAP, dogs must be on a tight leash, and all cats must be in an individual hard-sided carrier.
TCAP’s nonprofit spay and neuter program is only for healthy pets. Pets with pre-existing conditions should see a full-service veterinarian for their sterilization.
