Rabies is a virus that may affect the brain and spinal cord of all mammals. The first rabies vaccination should be given at 3 to 6 months of age, with the first booster shot given one year later (at 15 months of age). Thereafter, give boosters annually.
Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus (DAPPv): Commonly called the “distemper shot,” this combination vaccine actually protects against the four diseases in its full name. It’s given to puppies in a series of three vaccines and then given every year to adult dogs. Along with rabies, DAPPv is considered a set of core vaccines: those universally recommended for puppies.
Bordetella (commonly called “kennel cough”): The bordetella virus causes an extremely contagious upper respiratory infection.
Dog Heartworm Test
Lifetime registration included with this HomeAgain Microchip. Provided during walk-in vaccine hours, no appointment is required.
Leptospirosis is an infection of bacterial spirochetes. Dogs will typically come into contact with the leptospira bacteria in infected water, soil, or mud, while swimming, passing through, or drinking contaminated water, or from coming into contact with urine from an infected animal.
Canine Influenza Virus (CIV) causes a respiratory infection in dogs that is often referred to as canine influenza.
Lyme Disease is often transmitted by ticks. Lyme vaccination is given annually and prevents the transmission of Lyme Disease from ticks to their hosts.
This package includes all three visits for vaccines, deworming and microchipping. This package is nontransferable and must be purchased before the puppy is 4 months old. Wellness kits are intended to be completely used before a puppy reaches 6 months old. These kits come as a coupon booklet that will be picked up at the pet’s first visit to TCAP upon presentation of the prepaid receipt. Details for when to return for the next series of treatment are included in the booklet. Vaccines should start for puppies at 6-7 weeks. This is a savings of $15.00 from TCAP’s regular pricing, plus a free gift.

You must bring us a sample of your pet’s stool (must be less than 24 hours old and larger than a nickel). We will contact you within 48 hours with your pet’s results. This test checks for all common intestinal parasites and the results will provide you with the information you need to keep your pet healthy.
