TCAP is excited to announce that we now offer scheduled vaccine and wellness appointments for clients who want a specific and designated timeframe for vaccines, and don’t want to risk a long wait in line. We will still continue to offer vaccines and wellness walk-ins each day clinics are open. This service is geared for those who are willing to pay a little extra for a guaranteed appointment time.
What is Offered?
During scheduled vaccine appointments, you can take advantage of any of our vaccines, wellness tests like heartworms or FeLV, and purchase heartworm, flea, tick, and other prescription medications. There will be a $25 fee per pet, with a maximum of four pets per appointment. This is a convenience fee to arrive at TCAP at a scheduled time and be seen immediately.
We are still focused on high-quality, low-cost vaccines and wellness, and we will not provide consultations for sick or injured pets, dietary consultations, or general health check-ups.
Appointment Details
- TCAP will reserve dedicated time for you and your pet so you can enjoy a scheduled appointment without a wait. This convenience will come with a $25 appointment fee per pet. Example: If you bring in four pets, your appointment fee will be $100. This fee is not a deposit and will not go towards the cost of your visit.
- Each appointment will only take 5-10 minutes per pet. If you bring additional pets that were not included in the appointment booking, they will not be seen for service.
- You may modify or cancel your appointment online up to 48hrs prior to your appointment time. Modifications or cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will require a new appointment to be made, and a new appointment fee to be paid. Appointment fees are only refunded for appointments cancelled at least 48hrs in advance.
- Because TCAP operates at a high volume, arrival times are strict. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited and you’ll need to reschedule or visit during our walk in vaccine hours. There will be no appointment refund given for appointments that are missed or cancelled due to late arrival.
- Dogs may be brought on a leash or in a pet carrier. Cats must be brought in a carrier.
- Only the owner/person who made the appointment may bring the pets for the appointment. The appointment will be quick, so there is no drop-off and pick-up needed.
