TCAP is excited announce that we have been awarded a grant that allows FREE spay/neuter, rabies vaccines, and microchips to pet owners who live in the following zip codes that have been deemed as high shelter-intake zip codes.

Offer valid while supplies last. Proof of residency of the listed zip codes will be required at drop-off. Drivers license or utility bills will be accepted. Offer valid for owned cats (no ferals) or dogs. Additional surgery fees will also be covered. Client will pay for optional e-collars and additional vaccines or services. Rescues and shelters cannot participate. Surgery, rabies vaccine, and microchip must be redeemed in the same visit. Cannot be combined with other specials or promotions.
