When you arrive for walk-in services, you will receive a clipboard with your paperwork and return to your car to wait until your group is called.

Your call group is noted with a sticker in the corner of your paperwork. TCAP’s call groups move in alphabetical order from A-Z and are called up using a sign near our front door.

It is important that you wait in your car for a variety of reasons such as the safety and stress level of your pet, to ensure that clients that have been called can join the line without incident, and so that TCAP is able to be a good neighbor to other businesses.
