Limit one discount per pet. Cannot be combined with other TCAP discounts, specials, or offers. Pets must be healthy enough to receive services. The veterinarian deems health and fitness for services. Valid anywhere TCAP works Sept 1, 2023 – Sept 30, 2023. Shelters and rescue groups can participate. Additional restrictions may apply.
