Our low cost spay and neuter clinic in Allen is just one of our 8 convenient locations in the North Texas area. The goal of our non-profit organization is to end pet euthanasia in area shelters. To accomplish this, we provide essential services to pet owners in need at a low cost. All services are performed by licensed veterinarians who are dedicated to nurturing the human-animal bond and providing low-cost, high-quality care.
Here are helpful tips to minimize the time you spend among the crowd at our locations and maintain good hygiene to prevent disease transmission:
- Washing or sanitizing your hands before entering a TCAP location
- Sanitizing your hands after leaving our locations (we have hand sanitizer available at every location!)
- Printing and filling out your paperwork online. Bringing your own pen to use on your paperwork!

- Limiting the number of people you bring with you to our locations for your pet’s services
- Rescheduling your pet’s appointment if you are feeling ill, by calling 940-566-5551 and helping prevent the spread of infection to others

Low Cost Spaying and Neutering
We work to help pets and area shelters by providing low cost spaying and neutering for dogs and cats. Surgery days are Mondays and Fridays by appointment, and all pets must be under 5 years old and under 80 lbs. with no pre-existing conditions to qualify.
Low Cost Vaccinations and Wellness
Low Cost Vaccinations and Wellness
Vaccines and basic wellness services (microchipping, heartworm testing and prevention, and parasite control) are available for dogs and cats on a walk-in basis.
Walk-in Vaccine Hours:
- Mon – 9am – 12pm
- Wed – 9am – 12pm
- Fri – 9am – 12pm

Dentistry
We perform dental cleanings by appointment, which include ultrasonic scaling, polishing, fluoride treatment, and antibiotics. All pets must be under 10 years old and have no pre-existing conditions so we can minimize anesthesia risks.
